Selling your patterns through Stitchonomy is simple, and getting paid is just as easy. We handle the checkout process, customer support, and delivery. You receive a monthly payout based on your confirmed sales.

Payout schedule #

We pay vendors once a month. Payouts are processed in the first week of each new month. Each payout includes all confirmed orders from the previous calendar month. For example, you’ll receive payment for all July sales in the first week of August.

Refunded or cancelled orders are excluded from the payout total.

Payment method #

We currently support the following payout methods:

• PayPal
• Bank transfer (EU-based accounts only)
• Stripe Connect

You can set or update your preferred method in your vendor dashboard under “Settings.”

How the process works #

1. A customer buys your pattern
2. Stitchonomy handles the payment, file delivery, and VAT
3. You receive a share of that sale, based on your agreed commission
4. We send you one monthly payment with a full sales summary
