Your vendor dashboard is the place where you can track your sales, view reports, update your payout info, and manage your shop settings. Once we’ve approved your vendor account and added your products, you can log in at any time to view your performance.
Where to log in #
Go to the login page at: www.stitchonomy.nl/mijn-account
Log in with the email address and password you used during registration or the credentials we sent you. After logging in, you’ll be redirected to your account area.
Navigating to the vendor dashboard #
Once you’re logged in:
- Click Vendor Dashboard in the menu
- You’ll now enter the vendor dashboard where you can access everything related to your shop
If you don’t see the Vendor Dashboard tab, or if you land on a customer-only page, make sure you’re logged in with your vendor account. Still not working? Contact us and we’ll double-check your access.
What you’ll see first #
The first page of the dashboard shows a Sales Snapshot for the current month, including:
- Gross sales
- Commission
- Number of orders
Below that, you’ll see the most recent orders and links to the Reports, Refund Requests, and Settings tabs.
You can always return to this overview by clicking Dashboard in the top menu.
