Step 1: Fill out the vendor form #

Start by completing our vendor interest form. We’ll ask for your name, email address, business name (if applicable), and where you currently sell your patterns. You can also upload a few examples of your work to help us understand your style.

Step 2: We review your application #

Once we receive your form, we’ll personally review your details. We check whether your patterns are a good fit for our Dutch and Belgian audience. We focus on original, high-quality designs that are beginner-friendly and visually appealing.

Step 3: We contact you if you’re approved #

If we approve your application, we’ll reach out by email. At that point, we’ll agree on a fair commission rate and explain what product information we need. You won’t have to upload anything yourself—our team takes care of the translations, listings, and presentation.

Step 4: We set everything up for you #

After we’ve received your files and product info, we’ll get to work. We create your vendor profile, upload your patterns, and make sure everything looks great. Meanwhile, you’ll get access to your own dashboard to track sales and earnings.
