Resolution Center

We want to make sure your patterns are uploaded securely and professionally. That starts with a safe and clear file submission process. Below is everything you need to know.

File format #

Only send files in PDF format. This ensures a consistent and easy download experience for our customers.

If you also have a Pattern Keeper compatible version of your file, feel free to include it. Our customers love it, and we are happy to offer it as a second download.

Naming your files #

Use simple, clear names for your files. For example:

PatternName_Stitchonomy.pdf
PatternName_PK.pdf (for Pattern Keeper version)

Avoid special characters or spaces. Stick to letters, numbers, underscores, and dashes.

How to send your files #

We accept file transfers via:

  • WeTransfer (wetransfer.com)
  • Dropbox (dropbox.com)

Send your files to us using a private download link. Please do not attach large files directly in emails.

What happens next #

Once we receive your files, we upload them to our secure server. Files are stored in a protected, encrypted environment. Only paying customers can access the files after purchase. Your designs stay safe and cannot be shared publicly.
