As a Stitchonomy vendor, you can track your sales and earnings directly in your vendor dashboard. You will see your total sales, commissions, and payout history all in one place. However, due to GDPR compliance, access to certain customer and order details is restricted. This article explains exactly what you can see and where to find it.

Dashboard overview #

When you log in, you land on the Dashboard tab. This gives you a quick overview of your shop’s performance for the current month.

You will see:

• Gross Sales: The full value of your orders before commission
• Gross Commissions: What Stitchonomy keeps based on the agreed commission
• Total Orders: The number of completed purchases this month

This section also compares your current results with the previous month.

GDPR compliance: limited order access #

To protect customer privacy, you will not see personal customer data or individual order details. You do not have access to names, email addresses, or IP addresses. Clicking View All Orders will not show you full order details, because doing so would violate GDPR regulations.

However, you can still see a general summary:

• What products were ordered
• How many items were sold
• Total revenue generated
• Commission earned

You remain fully informed about your sales performance without accessing any private customer data.

Viewing detailed earnings in the Reports tab #

For a deeper look at your earnings, click the Reports tab in the top menu. You can set a Start Date and End Date to filter your results. Then click Update to view your report.

Here’s what you’ll find:

Commission Due
How much Stitchonomy currently owes you for sales in the selected date range.

Commission Paid
The amount already paid out to you from past months.

Gross Sales Report
A detailed breakdown including:

• Total number of orders
• Total number of products sold
• Total gross sales
• Total commission withheld
• Net revenue earned

Orders Totals
The number of orders placed during the selected period. If no orders have been made, this will show zero.

Export your data #

You can also export your sales data as a CSV file. This is helpful for your own records, accounting, or tax reporting.
