Your vendor dashboard gives you a quick snapshot of how your shop is performing. This overview helps you stay informed about your sales, commissions, and order activity without needing to dig through reports.

Where to find the overview #

After logging in to your vendor account, go to the Dashboard tab. This is the first page you’ll see when you log in, and it contains a section called Sales Snapshot.

What the sales snapshot shows #

The sales snapshot focuses on your performance for the current month. You’ll see the following key figures:

• Gross Sales
  This is the total amount of money generated from all your pattern sales before commission.
• Gross Commission
  This is the amount Stitchonomy keeps based on your agreed commission rate. It is automatically calculated.
• Total Orders
  This shows how many times your products have been purchased in the current month.

Each value also includes a percentage comparison with the previous month, so you can track whether sales are going up, down, or staying consistent.

Why this matters #

This overview gives you a clear, real-time sense of how your designs are performing. It helps you understand what’s selling and whether any patterns are seeing more or less interest than before.

If you want to dive deeper into trends, downloads, or payouts, you can visit the Reports tab. But for a quick check-in, your dashboard overview is the fastest way to stay up to date.
