Once we approve you as a vendor, we will request a selection of your best-selling or most relevant patterns. You do not need to upload anything yourself. Just send us the files and information. We will handle everything else.

This is what we need: #

1. Pattern name
Provide the product title you normally use. Keep it clear and to the point.

2. Link to your existing listing
Share the link to your pattern on Etsy, your website, or another platform. This helps us understand the product and what is included.

3. PDF file
Send the final version of the pattern as a single PDF. This is the file customers will receive after purchasing.

4. Cover image
If the images on your website or Etsy have text or wording on them, please send us a main image without this text. Our website already overlays the information about it being a PDF pattern so it would show double.

What we do with this info #

We will select the patterns that fit best with our Dutch audience. After that, we will translate your content, format the listings, and publish them in the shop. You do not need to lift a finger.

Once your products go live, you will be able to track everything from your vendor dashboard.
