Have you always wanted to sell your own cross-stitch kits but had no idea where to start?

Cutting fabric, measuring thread, and figuring out packaging can feel overwhelming—not to mention time-consuming!

We’re here to help. With our white-label service, you can focus on what you do best: creating beautiful designs. We’ll handle the rest, from sourcing premium DMC threads and EU-made fabrics to cutting, packaging, and branding your kits just the way you want.

Whether you want to expand your product range or finally turn your digital patterns into physical kits, we make it simple, professional, and hassle-free. You purchase the finished kits and sell them through your own website, marketplaces, or retail partners. If a finished kit is a good fit for the Stitchonomy shop, we may also purchase a small quantity to test with our audience.

Our white-label service turns your designs into fully customized, professionally packaged cross-stitch kits, ready for you to sell under your own brand.

What We Can Do for You

Top-Tier Materials

All 500 DMC colors are available, cut into precise 1-meter lengths by a patented machine. We use only genuine 100% Egyptian cotton floss sourced directly from the DMC factory in France. Each standard kit also includes a needle.

Premium Fabric Options

Standard kits include white 14ct 100% cotton fabric, always in stock. Need something special? Choose from a wide range of Permin fabrics (known as Wichelt in the US), available in different colors and counts.

Add a Hoop to Your Kits

Need a hoop included with your kits? We can make it happen! From any size to different materials, we’ll order exactly what you need. Pricing will depend on the size, material, and quantity, as hoops are not part of our standard stock.

Customizable Inlays

Standard kits come with a full-color, two-sided paper inlay: one side branded, the other side featuring the pattern and instructions. For larger projects, additional pattern inlays can be added at extra cost.

Bring Your Designs to Life

Already have a pattern or pixel art? We’ll include it at no extra cost. Want to turn your illustration into a pattern? We can do that too, with pricing tailored to your project.

Flexible Packaging Options

Kits are sealed in clear plastic, heat-sealed or sticky-closed, depending on the product size. Packaging includes EU-certified materials and optional EAN/barcode placement.

Locally Produced with Care

All production, assemblage and packaging take place in The Netherlands under EU-certified working conditions.

Pricing

Every custom cross-stitch kit is unique, with many factors influencing the final cost—fabric type, thread amounts, packaging, and any additional customizations. Because of this, we don’t display fixed prices on our website.

Once we discuss your specific needs, we’ll provide a detailed quote tailored to your order. This ensures transparency and flexibility while allowing us to offer the best possible pricing for your project.

2. Order Requirements

  • The minimum initial order is 30 kits per individual design.
  • Reorders must also consist of at least 30 kits per individual design.
  • You purchase and pay for the kits, then sell them through your own sales channels.

3. Lead Times

  • Most initial orders are produced within approximately 2–4 weeks after final approval.
  • The exact lead time depends on the quantity, complexity, and customization requirements and will be confirmed with your quote.

4. Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination and will be confirmed with the final quote.
  • Bulk shipping is sent directly to the ordering party.
  • The customer is responsible for any applicable taxes, import duties, or customs fees related to the shipment.

5. Approval Process

  • All copy, including packaging and instructions, will be sent to you for final approval before production begins.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any printing errors or mistakes present in the approved copy. Ensure you communicate any changes before final approval, as no modifications can be made once production starts.

  • Please note that consumer laws do not apply as this service is intended for businesses.

7. Collaboration Option

  • Stitchonomy provides white-label production, not distribution to other retailers.
  • You set your own wholesale and retail prices. If you plan to sell through shops, make sure your pricing leaves enough margin at every step. As a general guideline, a wholesale price can be approximately twice your production cost, with the recommended retail price approximately twice the wholesale price.
  • If your finished kit is a good fit for the Stitchonomy shop, we may purchase 5 kits at your wholesale price to test it in our own assortment and introduce it to our audience.
  • Placement is at Stitchonomy’s discretion and is not guaranteed. If the kit sells well, we may order additional quantities.
  • You retain full ownership and copyright of your designs. The arrangement is non-exclusive, so you remain free to sell the same designs and kits through your own website, marketplaces, and other retailers.
