Our starting point is a kit with white 14ct Aida, DMC threads, a needle, a branded printed insert and clear packaging. Tell us what you want to make, and we will check the pattern, materials and production options before quoting. You buy the finished kits and sell them through your own channels.
We choose the DMC thread colours and lengths that suit your design. A needle is included in the standard kit. The exact thread quantities and presentation are agreed before we quote.
White 14ct Aida is our standard option. Other fabric colours and counts can be discussed, depending on availability. We will confirm the fabric type and cut size in your quote.
Would you like a hoop in the kit? Tell us the size you have in mind. We will check availability and add the cost to your quote.
Your design and brand can appear on the printed insert. Send us production-ready artwork if you have it. If you need help preparing the files, we can quote that work separately. The final layout is sent to you for approval before production.
Already have a stitch-ready pattern? Send it with your design details so we can check what is needed for production. If you have an illustration but no pattern yet, we can discuss creating one as a separate service.
Clear packaging is the standard option. Tell us if you would prefer another look or material, and we will check what is available and include any extra cost in the quote.
We coordinate the agreed materials, assembly, packaging and delivery route for your order. You receive the finished kits, ready to sell through your own channels.

Offer the finished kits through your own shop or other sales channels. If a design suits the Stitchonomy collection, we can discuss a separate purchase for our shop. Inclusion is never automatic.

Every design uses different materials, so we quote individually. The price depends on thread colours and length, fabric and cut size, quantity, printed materials, packaging, optional extras and shipping.
Pattern creation, print preparation and a physical sample are priced separately where needed. Standard-format kits start at 30 per design, including reorders. Some formats or materials may need a higher quantity; we confirm this in your quote.

Before production, we agree who provides the product information, labels and traceability details needed for the intended sales markets. The order terms explain how to report and resolve damaged or incorrect kits.
You buy the kits and choose where to sell them. If you would also like to offer a design through Stitchonomy, we can discuss a separate arrangement, including any exclusivity.
