Order via Faire
Wholesale Terms
Our wholesale program is exclusively intended for business customers with a relevant webshop or physical store. Applications are reviewed by us and only approved if the shop aligns with our brand and target audience.
Order Conditions
- Reorders: no minimum total order, but a minimum per product applies.
- Orders under €100: €5 order fee plus shipping costs. Orders above €100 have no extra fees and include free shipping domestic shipping (The Netherlands/Belgium). International shipping costs will be calculated based on weight.
- Delivery time: within the Netherlands and Belgium usually 5–7 working days.
- Shipping costs: free domestic shipping (The Netherlands/Belgium) for orders above €100. International shipping costs will be calculated based on weight.
Payment
- Upfront via our Wholesale Dashboard or by invoice (if requested and approved).
- Alternative: via Faire, under their payment and return terms.
Returns and Warranty
- Returns are only accepted if products are defective. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Collaboration
- We provide marketing materials such as photos, product texts, and flyers.
- Retailers are listed on our website with their own SEO page including a link to their shop.
- Participation in affiliate and referral programs is optional and free of charge.
Other Terms
- Online sales via marketplaces such as Bol.com, Amazon, or Etsy are not permitted.
- All rights to the designs and patterns remain with us. Reselling individual patterns outside the kits is not allowed.

If you refer another shop or webshop that becomes a customer, you will both receive €25 store credit.
Are you a consumer?
Register your favorite shop. Once they become a customer, you will receive €25 store credit and the new Wholesale customer will also receive €25 store credit.
- Tell a shop about our embroidery kits or register them with us.
- Ask the shop to enter your name or company name during registration.
- Once their first order has been placed, the store credit will be added.
